Career

Studied law at Heidelberg and Montpellier Universities. Clerk at the district court in Heidelberg. Doctorate in international law at Rupprecht Karls University Heidelberg. Dr. Kohlhammer has worked at HFK Attorneys at Law since 1997 first in Frankfurt then in Munich and has been a partner since 2001.

• Advising principals for large infrastructure projects within the framework of legal consultation accompanying construction (transportation projects, German Unity, new rail line Cologne - Rhein/Main).
• Legal consultation to a principal during the construction of a large factory, commercial properties, and an airport.
• Advising of mid-sized companies in the construction industry during the performance of other large projects (residential and commercial buildings, streets and infrastructure projects, savings and loan finance center, construction of mobile phone facilities, waste water treatment plant, recreational swimming pools).
• Consultation for numerous privatization models and public private partnership models.
