Studied at the Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg. Clerk in Baden Wurtemberg and Berlin. In the central legal department for Philipp Holzmann AG in Frankfurt am Main from 1992 to 1995. Member of HFK Attorneys at Law at their Berlin office from 1995 to 1997. Own law firm Wilhelm Attorneys at Law in Berlin from 1998 to November, 2006. Additional qualification as mediator in 2003. Since December 2006 once again partner in the Berlin office of the law firm of HFK attorneys at law.

• Comprehensive representation, advising and assisting of prime contractors vis-a-vis principals and subcontractors, insurers, architects and various other planners and technicians.
