Studies at the Free University in Berlin. Clerk at the superior court and for the Brandenburg state development agency for urban planning, housing and transport, where she is still active as an assessor and has been since September 2000. Attorney at HFK Attorneys at Law in Berlin since February 2001.

• Advising principals accompanying construction for important large-scale construction projects especially those of the DB AG (German railways).
• Advising when drafting tender documents and the resulting individual and/or general terms and conditions.
• Advising during the performance phase with the goal of contesting supplementary claims, especially supplementary claims and damage claims related to late fees, as well as the enforcement of faulty workmanship claims and enforcing bond claims.
• Litigating in regional courts for contractors and principals, as well as between prime contractors and their purchasers and subcontractors.
