Articles of association
Special emphasis is placed on drawing up these contracts in accordance with the forms of organization and cooperation appropriate to their corresponding projects. It is our goal to achieve a clear description of tasks relevant to the respective project in which the responsibilities of the architects, engineers and specialists are clearly defined so that a construction project can be performed trouble-free, on time, and on budget.
Laws pertaining to fees
We have highly specialized knowledge when it comes to the calculation, enforcement or refusal of architects’ or engineers’ fees as well as years of experience necessary to understand the German fee structure for architects and engineers (HOAI). This is the only way to generate tailor-made and legally valid invoices and audits. We maintain constant cooperation with recognized fee specialists who evaluate the unique legal aspects of fee structures (i.e. costs that can be claimed or the extent of services) in a manner that will hold up in court.
Liability law
Architects’ and engineers' liability is marked by a legally founded limitation of responsibility between the client, project manager, architect, engineer, specialist and general contractor. With our targeted approach, which takes into account existing liability insurances, we provide you support in asserting and rejecting liability claims – much more significant when there are construction cost overruns.
